Scope and Contents
This collection consists of photocopies of a letter to Paul Schumacher and proposed bill to the senate regarding conservation legislation by Charles R. McGimsey III and a letter to Paul Schumacher of the National Park Service (Western Region) from Charles R. McGimsey III of the Arkansas Archeological Survey regarding an amended version of Senate Bill 2893 which raises the proposed transfer of funds to the National Park Service to 1%. A copy of the amended bill is included, which amends the Act of June 27, 1960 which relates to the preservation of historical and archeological data.
